SetAlarm provides free, browser-based time utilities including a digital clock, countdown timer, count-up timer, stopwatch, and alarm clock. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for general informational and utility purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service for commercial redistribution
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service beyond normal usage
• Misrepresent SetAlarm or its features in any way

Important Disclaimers

No guarantee of alarm delivery. The alarm and timer functions rely on your web browser staying open and active. Alarms may not sound if:

• The browser tab is closed or the browser is shut down
• Your device goes to sleep or enters power-saving mode
• Your device's volume is muted or turned down
• Your browser blocks audio autoplay
• There is a loss of power or internet connectivity

SetAlarm should not be used as the sole alarm for critical or safety-related purposes such as medication schedules, emergency timing, or any situation where a missed alarm could cause harm. Always use a dedicated hardware alarm clock or phone alarm for important wake-up times.

Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, the clock, timer, and stopwatch functions depend on your device's system clock and browser performance. We do not guarantee millisecond-level accuracy. Time displays may drift slightly during extended use or under heavy system load.

Intellectual Property

The SetAlarm name, logo, design, and source code are the intellectual property of SetAlarm. The alarm sounds included in the Service are original, non-copyrighted compositions generated programmatically. Google Fonts used on the site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License or Apache License 2.0.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetAlarm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
